As a father to black and Hispanic children, grandfather to bi-racial children, and a few white kids, too, I'm motivated to write up an article on the depth of Black leadership in this country especially in the cities like the number of Black mayors and chiefs of police in our major cities. I wonder how many people are aware of that positive development?
