Good input. I’ve wanted to write on my experience as a foster-adoptive parent and learning that redemption can mean a tough road to travel. The book that inspired me was David Wilkerson’s The Cross and the Switchblade that I read in junior high several times. It remains the book that has influenced me more than any other.

I started watching his sermons on YouTube last year … not highly educated but deep in his approach to Scripture and his relationship with Christ. Truly cares about people and their spiritual well-being.
