Good question. She's not aware of doing so and she's overwhelmed. Plus, the web guy has been fixing broken links, etc. Uh-oh, that would eliminate me as a writer, correct? That'd be interesting to compare.

Question ... what advice would you / do you give content writers like me? I do think clients need help with outlining, etc and talking to someone real can be useful to clarify and structure thoughts.
