I figure publishing weekday mornings at 5am or 6am encompasses the entire east coast when folks are waking ... plus it's mid-day in the UK then. I've had success on Sunday mornings, too, and Sat mornings. The one time I don't recommend publishing is Sat aft from about 3pm ET until Sunday morning. Sat evening is usually nothing.
