I wrote on Hubpages in 2008 to 2010 and started making pretty good pocket change each month and even had $100 plus months. Then they encouraged writers to go in, update their Hubs and republish. I did, got whacked for spamming and then had my acct deactivated. It was around a time that Google was updating their algorithm and content mills were going through changes.
