My wife and I adopted our 4 out of LA County's foster care system some yrs ago, plus took in 2 boys as guardians later. 3 different races. Never once did I think my race had anything to do with it. But it was motivation from our faith. "White saviors" I believe don't inconvenience themselves, but do come in to quickly solve problems instead of relating to people.
