Writing on Medium has given me a rhythm of writing in 1,100 to 1,400 word lengths — about 5–6 minutes. It’s a length that I’m beginning to think in on this platform — one where I find my voice as a writer here.

I do believe you can deliberately research a topic that goes much long and is well-structured.

A friend of mine is writing poetry and anecdotes that’s read in about 1–3 minutes. That’s how he thinks and he’s developing his style that way.
